West Bend Equipment offers a full range of industrial lift tables. We specialize in building large, high capacity hydraulic lift tables, scissors lift tables and work platforms.

West Bend Equipment's lift tables and scissors table lifts use all welded steel construction and comply with AWS D1.1 and ANSI MH29.1. Structural members, including frames, scissors arms, push blocks, and roller channels, are fabricated from high section modulus steel to provide exceptional stiffness and strength. Top and bottom channel rollers are captured to minimize deflection and maintain rigidity. A locking pin is provided to secure the legs safely in an open position during maintenance procedures.

	Model STXS Scissors Lift Table The model STXS is West Bend’s workhorse scissors lift table for high capacity, industrial applications. Features of the scissors lift table include: Top and base frame fabricated from welded steel tube, channel and plate. Greasable or oil impregnated bushings. Captured top and bottom channel rollers. Precision flame-cut scissors arms. Top limit switch. Internal or external mounted hydraulic power units. All NEMA 12 electrical components.
	Model STX Cam Style Scissor Lift Table This scissor lift table was designed for applications that require a low collapsed height and high weight capacity. The model STX scissors lift table uses a cam-roller assembly that is mounted on displacement-type hydraulic cylinders to open the scissors arms.
	Model STXXS Double High Scissor Lift Table The West Bend Equipment double-high hydraulic scissors lift table allows extended vertical travel with a compact platform length. It is ideal for applications such as sheet-stacking and transferring materials between different levels in a building.
	Model DSTXS-L Double Long Scissor Lift Table The model DSTXS-L scissor lift table is equipped with a mechanical equalizer bar. This bar transfers load weight between the scissors sections, allowing unevenly loaded tables to be raised and lowered smoothly. This lift is designed for applications that require handling an extremely long load, such as gypsum wallboard, plywood or sheet steel.
	Model STXXXS Triple High Scissor Lift Table For applications requiring greater height extension, the West Bend model STXXXS scissor lift table provides a very flexible solution. This table can be equipped with railings and other options so that it can serve as a personnel lift. It is frequently used as a cost-effective alternative to dedicated freight elevators.
	Model STX-SCR Mechanical Screw-Actuated Scissor Lift Table The West Bend STX-SCR scissor lift table uses a mechanical screw, driven by an electric gear motor to raise and lower the platform. This table is designed for applications where hydraulics cannot be used or for extremely precise load positioning.

	Jet Engine Test Cell Lift Platform This 12,000-pound capacity scissor lift table platform is 23’ x 44’ and is used in a commercial passenger jet engine test cell.
	Model STX Hydraulic Lift Table with Tilt Top This West Bend Equipment coil discharge hydraulic lift table features a hydraulically operated top platform that lifts, lowers and discharges coils to one side.

	Mechanical Screw-Actuated Scissor Lift Table This heavy-duty construction, mechanical screw actuated scissors lift table has a capacity of 1,500 pounds. The top platform is 48 by 76 inches. This scissors lift table uses a ball screw shaft driven by an electrical gear motor located within the lift table. West Bend Equipment scissors lifts and lift tables are built to meet or exceed ANSI Standard MH29.1 Safety Requirements for Industrial Lifts.
	Custom Triple-High Scissor Lift Table This custom triple high scissors lift is portable and can be towed to different locations within a plant.

Standard lifts

Guardian Series Industrial Lift Table

The Guardian Series represents the ultimate in industrial lift table safety with features that are either optional or not available on other lift tables. All Guardian Series lift tables meet and exceed both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards for lift tables. These models can be used in above-floor or in-floor applications.

Standard Safety Features of the Guardian Series Industrial Lift Table:

Upper platform fitted with aluminum safety bar to prevent descent on contact with obstructions.
Low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons. In addition, the Guardian Series includes an electric circuit reset button in case the safety envelope is breached.
Internal power pack equipped with relief flow valve for controlled lowering.
Electric circuit controlled by electronic system. Supply voltage 115 single phase.
Single acting cylinders to prevent the lift table from lowering if a hose breaks.
Safety clearance between scissors to prevent entrapment during operation.
Mechanical block bars for safe maintenance operations.

Capacity is based on uniformly distributed load. Offset loading can reduce capacity by 50%.

Low Profile Scissor Lift Tables

In addition to offering all the safety features of our regular Guardian Series industrial scissor lift table, the low profile models have a lowered height of only 3 1/4". The low profile feature provides greater flexibility since it can accommodate a variety of applications. In addition, installation costs are reduced since there is no need for a floor pit.

With capacities ranging from 1,100 pounds to 3,300 pounds, the low profile Guardian Series industrial scissor lift tables are available in two versions with either a rectangular or a U-shaped top for numerous material handling applications.

The U-shaped low profile table is ideal for handling wire baskets, containers and plastic and wooden pallets that have open bottoms. These lifts can be loaded with a manual or electric pallet truck without the use of a loading ramp.

Guardian Series Scissor Lift Table Standard Features

The Guardian Series meets and exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards.

Upper platform fitted with safety perimeter, which prevents descent on contact with obstructions.
Low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons. In addition, the Guardian Series includes an electric circuit reset button in case the safety perimeter is breached.
The external power pack is equipped with a relief valve to prevent overloading and a compensated flow valve for controlling lowering speed. The power pack is supplied with 8-foot-long hydraulic hoses.
115-voltage single-phase standard on 1,100 lb. and 2,200 lb. capacity units. 230/460 voltage three phase standard on 3,300 lb. units.
Upper limit switch
Single acting cylinders with drainage system and check valve to prevent lift table from lowering in case a hose bursts

Floor Mount

The floor mount power unit has the pump motor and tank on the plate frame. This is ideal for placing the power unit under a conveyor or workbench. Features eight-foot hose, power cord and control cord. Three-button control box has 115-voltage single-phase standard on 1,100 and 2,200-pound capacity units. 3,300 pound capacity units are equipped with 230/460 voltage three phase power.

Clearance between the arms of the U-shaped base is 23 inches.
Loading ramps match width of table and are available in 32” or 48” lengths. Custom ramps are available. For other sizes, please contact factory. Capacity (lbs.) is based on uniformly distributed load. Dimensions shown +/- 1/8”.

Lift-N-Spin

With a lowered height of only 4 ¼ inches, the Lift-N-Spin can be loaded with a manual or electric pallet truck. This is accomplished by the auto-transition plate.

The Lift-N-Spin has a raised height of 35 inches. This is an ideal height for work positioning applications. The rotating top eliminates the need to walk around or reach across the table.

The loading ramp comes in three standard sizes: 36, 42, or 48 inches. Custom ramp sizes are available.

The auto-transition plate is a key feature of the Lift-N-Spin.

Exclusive Auto-Transition Plate is a key feature of the Lift-N-Spin.

The auto-transition plate provides a smooth surface from the ramp onto the rotating top. Once the lift is raised ¼ inch, the auto-transition plate automatically lowers to allow the rotating top to spin. When the table is fully lowered, the auto-transition plate automatically raises again to provide a smooth surface to load the next pallet.

The Remote Power Unit features a 1 HP motor. This is a quiet and highly efficient pump motor combination. The three-button control box has 115-volt single phase and runs on a 20-amp circuit. 230/460 3 phase power is optional.

Tote & Platform Lift

This lightweight and highly maneuverable platform lift is ideal for order picking or general material handling. Its quick-acting lift pump with a fold-up pedal allows quick and easy height adjustment. With a capacity of 440 pounds, this lift can handle many jobs. It features polyurethane wheels with brakes on the swivel casters. The reliable hydraulic lift cylinder is chrome and includes overload protection. The drawer is standard.

Roto-MAX
Ergonomically Designed for the Operator

Roto-MAX was designed to meet the operator’s needs. The Roto-MAX electric-hydraulic work positioner lets operators place the load wherever they want it.

It does not matter how short or tall the individual is since the operator determines the most comfortable working height. The Roto-MAX provides complete ergonomic flexibility to do the safest job with maximum efficiency.

Whether the load is one pound or 3,500 pounds, the positioner height does not change until the individual wants it to change.

With a lowered height of only 6 ½ inches, the operator has easy access to the top layer of product. The fully raised height of 32 ½ inches (plus pallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.

The 43 inch diameter top rotates easily, giving the operator access to product without having to stretch or walk around the table.

The high performance electric motor runs on a standard 20-amp 115-volt single-phase circuit.

Roto-MAX has a capacity of 3,000 pounds with a 14-second lift speed (RTMX-30). The high-speed model (RTMX25HS) has an 8-second speed and 2,500-pound capacity.

A magnetic backed control box is standard and a foot control switch is available as an optional item.
